Policies & Pricing

DEPOSITS:
 

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The deposit amount will be confirmed via my booking platform, GetInk, after I review your enquiry.

• Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is paid through GetInk.

• The deposit is deducted from the final price of your tattoo.
   

RESCHEDULING:
 

• You may reschedule once with at least 4 days’ notice.

• A second reschedule will require a new deposit.
   

LATENESS & NO-SHOWS

 

• Arrivals over 15 minutes late without notice will be treated as a no-show.

• No-shows and late cancellations (within the 4-day window) will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:

​

• Complex custom designs are usually shared 1–2 days before your appointment.

• Simpler designs are finalised on the day, with time for minor adjustments.

• If major design changes are required, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

• This ensures I have adequate time to rework the design so you’re completely happy with the final piece.

• Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.

• Deposits are only forfeited if you change the tattoo subject or concept entirely without notice.

TOUCH-UPS:

 

Within 4 months of your tattoo date

• Touch-ups are free when booked alongside another tattoo
• If booked as a standalone appointment, a £20 studio set-up fee applies

After 4 months

• £50 minimum charge for standalone touch-up appointments
• Free when booked alongside another tattoo
 

Touch-ups are not always necessary and depend on placement, skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.
