Second Skin
-
Keep it on for 3 days.

-
Your tattoo will look smudgy and a pouch of ink and blood might form until you remove the film. Don't worry this is completely normal.
-
After 3 days, slowly peel the film off under running warm water.
-
Wash all residue with warm water and sensitive skin soap.
-
Dry using clean paper towels or let it air dry.
-
Put a thin layer of cocoa butter.

Do that 2x per day for 2-3 weeks
Cling Film
-
Remove film after 2/3 hrs.

-
You may rewrap during the night with cling film to avoid contact with bedsheets but DO NOT rewrap it again. Your tattoo needs to breathe.

DO NOT over-moisturise especially until the wound is closed & the tattoo is drying. A little goes a long way. Once your tattoo looks dried up you can start moisturising a bit more.

Special Attention Tattoos
Some tattoos require special attention during the healing process. These include tattoos on hands, feet, fingers, or other areas that are prone to rubbing or irritation. Your tattoo artist will provide specific instructions for aftercare and may recommend using a protective covering or ointment. It's important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure proper healing and to preserve the quality of your tattoo.
